Free Ground Shipping
Regular Ground shipping is free for orders over $50.00. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Small and medium sized packages generally are delivered within 2 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from their date of shipment. Orders containing bumpers, doors, hoods, or other large parts can still qualify for free shipping. However, these are large items that require special handling and are usually shipped via Truck Freight (see Truck Freight information below) where delivery times usually range from 2 - 9 business days. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer.

Overnight and 2-Day Shipping
Overnight and 2-day shipping are available for most small and medium sized packages for additional charges. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders must be received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (2:00 PM Pacific Time) Mondays to Fridays. No Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order for Overnight and 2-Day delivery on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

Performance Order Shipping
All performance parts are shipped via Ground service only. Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the size of the package and the delivery location. Orders containing brush guards, running boards and other large items can still qualify for free shipping. While we are happy to offer products to customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other areas outside the continental United States, a shipping charge will apply to these locations and delivery times will be longer. Truck Freight
Truck freight applies to orders consisting of large parts or items that require special handling due to their shape, weight or packaging. Orders with these characteristics are shipped via Truck Freight. Orders usually are processed for shipment within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. Delivery may take 2 -9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), within the continental United States. Truck Freight to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may require additional charges. In the event that your order is subject to additional charges, we will contact you via e-mail with a revised shipping quote.

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Parts Not Returnable: Service manuals, CD ROMs, Special-order Products, Custom-made Products, and Auto Body Parts cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if unsealed for any reason.

In order to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, send us an email to shipping@bimmerpartswholesale.com. Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering.

RA numbers and return shipping instructions will be emailed in 2-3 business days after receipt of the fully completed form. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.

All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.

Freight Charge:
Return freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department at shipping@bimmerpartswholesale.com and we will respond to you immediately.

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

3. We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.

4. We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.

We trust that for the majority of orders it will not be necessary to even consider cancellation but this will be done should the need arise.
