Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $50.00. Shipping time is about 5-7 business days to the 48 Continental US. BMW Parts orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, PO Box, APO and FPO's cannot be shipped by this method. Please Note: BMW Performance parts are shipped ground only. International, PO Box, APO, FPO, Alaska, Guam, PR and Hawaii orders are shipped using express mail, Fedex or Airborne. You will be charged separately for shipping on these orders. We also charge a $12.95 handling fee on all of these BMW parts orders.

We offer a 21 day return policy on all orders except for special order BMW parts, electrial parts and service manuals. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders unless it was our error. All shipping must be pre-paid by the customer. To return an order from us you MUST email: shipping@bimmerpartswholesale.com your order number, part number for return, a full reason for the return, full name and email address you ordered with. You will be emailed an RMA return number and instructions within about 4-5 business days. If you return a BMW part without getting a return number first we will have no way to track your return.
